Olam- Super Strong bounce (Unusual strength spotted on 5 Apr 2018)
Olam bounced strongly today, but was it possible to enter earlier before this run? Absolutely yes.
Yesterday Olam inhibited an inside bar at a strong demand zone and we spotted it and prompted in our various channels, exclusive FREE satki trader group (LIVE CALLS) and FREE satki broadcast channel (LIVE CALLS) and also on investingnote.Looking at the chart of olam, it has exhibited a false breakdown of previous support of 2.31 and reclaimed this support today, which is also promising.
We believe the recent correction so far has seen a rotation from tech stocks to commodities stock. Hence we are bearish on most tech stocks and bullish on commodities stocks like olam, sembcorp marine etc.
In time to come, we expect olam to retest 2.44! Please dydd
